Reiser showcases expanded simulator facilities in Germany

The expanded Berg-Mörlbach site adds capacity for full flight simulator integration, supporting growing demand for helicopter flight crew and maintenance training systems

Reiser Simulation and Training has opened its expanded Berg-Mörlbach facilities to industry guests, demonstrating new helicopter training systems and additional capacity for simulator integration.

The German company hosted representatives from the international training and simulation sector for a tour of the site, product presentations, and live demonstrations during its Summer Networking event in September.

Among the systems on show were Reiser’s H145 D3 XR simulator, a new 11ft helicopter full-flight simulator and a full-scale NH90 Sea Tiger maintenance training rig. The demonstrations covered both flight crew and maintenance training for civil and military operators.

The expanded site includes a new integration hall for full flight simulators. Reiser said the added capacity responds to customer programmes and longer-term demand for training systems.

“Summer Networking provided an opportunity to show how these investments translate into operational training capabilities,” said Dr Johannes Hain, Reiser’s CEO.
