Robinson partners with Operation Helo

Aerospace firm Robinson Helicopter Company (RHC) has entered into an agreement ‎with Operation Helo, a humanitarian organization that specializes in rapid-response ‎helicopter missions to support disaster relief efforts.‎

The partnership will see RHC underwrite a portion of an R44 for Operation Helo that will ‎be used to support relief efforts and flight safety training.‎

With the support of RHC, Operation Helo plans to launch a disaster response aviation ‎training program, designed to prepare pilots to operate effectively in disaster ‎environments. This includes unpredictable conditions such as the aftermath of floods, ‎tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, and wildfires.‎

RHC recently unveiled a new helicopter type, the R88, at this year’s VERTICON.‎
