Operation Ascendant Eagle, a joint patient movement exercise held between Osan Air Base, Korea and Yokota, Japan, took place at the end of August.
U.S. Air Force personnel assigned to the 374th Medical Group, Yokota Air Base, Japan direct simulated patients out of a C-130J Super Hercules. They moved and treated more than 30 US Army personnel off the aircraft as part of the training exercise.
